Cancellation of Photography Contract

This contract shall acknowledge the Client and Adventure Theory Media, LLC's mutual agreement to cancel and terminate their previous photography contract for the wedding date listed in their previously signed document, without further recourse or legal obligation by either party. The original contract is hereby terminated and deemed null and void as of the date below.

The Client further understands that if a non refundable retainer fee was collected at the time of the original signing of the photography contract it will not be refunded pursuant to the original signed contract Retainer and Payment section. If because of the cancellation having to occur because of military obligation for Adventure Theory Media, LLC, the full refund of the downpayment will be sent to the Client immediately upon signing this agreement. The Client agrees to be sent the funds via electronic means. However if she decides to be paid back another way, via cash, check, etc, then the Client must inform the photographer promptly.

Both the Client and the photographer agree to the terms above and understand the circumstances for the cancellation. Adventure Theory Media, LLC is released from any obligation from shooting the wedding for the Client upon clients receipt of the refunded deposit amount.

Retainer and Payment: The contract between Adventure Theory Media, LLC and Client, shall not come into effect until it has been signed and the non refundable, non transferable retainer fee has been paid. At the time the contract takes effect and the non refundable, non transferable retainer fee of the % of the grand total is received, Adventure Theory Media, LLC shall reserve the date and time agreed upon and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that the Client cancels this contract for any reason, all monies paid shall be retained by Adventure Theory Media, LLC in order to offset it's loss of business.
